We aim to ship all orders placed with us within 24 working hours. You'll be notified by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends, national holidays and bank holidays will be shipped the next working day.

Any estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and are calculated based on working days and speeds quoted by the delivery service.

Delivery speeds are quoted in working days, this means you should not expect delivery on weekends or bank holidays.

All orders are shipped from our UK-based warehouse. If you have any questions, queries or problems with delivery please Contact Us.


UK Standard Delivery

  • Royal Mail Express: from £3.99 
  • Royal Mail Standard: from £3.49

These services are also available for delivery to Northern Ireland.

Please note: Express & Standard services are unavailable for higher value, heavier items where the shipping will need to be calculated on the basket to ensure the correct service is selected.
 



UK Next Working Day Delivery

  • Royal Mail Next Working Day Tracked: from £8.99 (depending on package size)
  • Royal Mail Next Working Day Saturday Tracked: £15.99

Our cut-off time for Next Working Day Delivery is 15:30 pm so you must order before 15:30 pm (GMT) to ensure delivery the next day.

This only applies to orders placed Monday to Thursday. If you place an order after 15:30 pm (GMT) on Thursday your order will be dispatched on Friday you should expect delivery on the proceeding Monday (or Tuesday if Bank Holiday Monday).

Next Working Day Saturday Tracked is available from Thursday at 15:30 pm to Friday at 15:30 pm and allows for delivery on Saturday.
 



International Delivery

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Any additional charges for custom clearance become the responsibility of the recipient.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Your estimated delivery date will be quoted to you when you have all the items you wish to purchase in your basket and you select your country of residence.
What happens if my order is late?
If your order is running late please just let us know and we'll help to find out when your order should be arriving. With any shipping-related, delays can happen so please be understanding and patient.
If your order is very late you could be entitled to a delivery refund, so please let us know if you experience any unfortunate delays.
What happens if there are unexpected delays?
We will notify you as soon as possible if there are any delays to the dispatch of your order or any reason why we believe we will not be able to fulfil your order on time.
How do I track my order?
You should be provided with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched. If not, please let us know and we can provide you with your number and link to your tracking information.
Why does my order say it's out of stock?
In the rare instance that we don't have an item in stock, we will post the rest of your order separately (if applicable). Our website is updated daily and everything that is online is, at the time, in stock. Please note we will try and reorder any out of stock items which can take 3 to 10 working days.
