1. Introduction
1.1 You will be required to click on the checkbox marked "I Accept The Terms and Conditions when completing the checkout, before placing an order for contact lenses on our Site. If you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to order any contact lenses from our Site.
2. Information About Us
2.1 Our website is operated by Arcadant BV Limited (a company registered in England number 12150369 with its registered office at Prince Albert House, Liskeard Business Park, Liskeard, Cornwall, PL14 3US) with any contact lens products being sold by Arcadant B.V., registered in The Netherlands, Company Number (KvK): 63027879, Identification Number (RSIN): 855061479..
3. How the Contract is formed between You and Us
3.1 After placing a contact lens order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to contract with us to buy the contact lenses.
3.2. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms that the contact lenses have been despatched (the "Dispatch Confirmation). The contract between us ("Contract) will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation. The Contract is made by you with Arcadant B.V. in relation to the supply of the contact lenses.
3.3. The Contract will relate only to those contact lenses whose despatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other contact lenses which may have been part of your order until the despatch of such contact lenses has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.
4. Place of Sale, Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
4.1 The place of sale for ALL contact lens transactions conducted on this Site is the Netherlands.
4.2 These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands and all Contracts made with us for the purchase of contact lenses will be governed by the law of the Netherlands.
4.3. The courts of the Netherlands will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our Site and any dispute arising from, or related to, Contracts for the purchase of contact lenses from our Site.
