Es muy fácil devolver un artículo gracias a nuestra etiqueta de devolución pre-pagada, la cual le permitirá enviarnos un artículo desde España de manera gratuita.
Para hacer una devolución, debe utilizar nuestro Portal de Devoluciones. Para ello, vaya a la página web "Blue Banana” y haga clic en "Returns & Exchanges” (Devoluciones y Cambios) situado en la parte inferior de la web, en el menú "Customer Help”. A continuación haga clic en la bandera española y aparecerá el enlace que le llevará a la etiqueta pre-pagada de 14.00€ con seguimiento postal incluido. Las devoluciones pueden tardar hasta 15 días laborales.
Los gastos de envío serán reducidos de su reembolso si la devolución no se debe a un error por nuestra parte (un error en la elección de la talla no se considera como error nuestro).
Todos los artículos deben ser enviados en su estado original con su caja y sus etiquetas. En el caso contrario, la devolución no será aceptada y su artículo le será reenviado.
No tendrá que pagar ningún coste de envío si el error es nuestro o si se trata de un cambio.
Tenga en cuenta que debemos esperar hasta la recepción de su devolución antes de proceder al reenvío o al reembolso del pedido, a menos que pueda proporcionarnos una prueba del envío del paquete entregado a Correos.
