Like many companies across the world, we are working hard to weather the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are working hard to not only safeguard the welfare of our customers and staff, but to continue providing our service. Here are how different areas of Blue Banana are now functioning:
At this moment in time, Blue Banana is open for business and we are continuing to fulfil orders placed on our website. Measures have been taken to ensure that our staff are working safely and securely, with social-distancing and handwashing being of paramount importance.
We are in constant contact with our postal service providers to ensure that methods of delivery are operating in the safest way possible. We are currently being advised of a possible 1 working day delay on some of our express services (such as UPS Next Day Standard). We will update our customers on this as we receive more information.
RETURNS - Due to current circumstances, we appreciate it may be difficult for customers to return orders. As such, we have extended our returns period window to 90 days. Regular return exclusions still apply.
March 22nd - Based on the recent government announcements, we have decided to temporarily close our stores. This will become effective immediately. We will be continually reviewing the situation so we can let you know when our stores have re-opened.
March 19th - At this moment in time, our stores and piercing studios are still operating and are working hard to maintain regular opening hours. Please be assured that additional cleaning measures have been put in place across our 13 stores to ensure areas are thoroughly cleaned. Regular surface and area disinfection practices are currently in place.
If you are intending to visit one of our stores, we also ask that you take precautions to further minimise risk to you and our staff. Precautions include social-distancing, good hygiene practices and not visiting should if you feel unwell/display symptoms such as high fever or continuous cough.
We are closely following the advice provided by the government and are constantly updating our store staff on the latest information we have available to us.
This is an ever-evolving situation and as such this may change at any time, under advisement from Government or medical officials. We will try to ensure we broadcast such changes as quickly as possible, as soon as they are implemented.
