Barbell Piercing Size Guide

Here are the key measurements you'll need to know for barbells:

Length: the length refers to the measurement from one end of the bar to the other without the balls whether for curved or straight barbells.
Gauge: the thickness of the bar, which can be measured in (g) or (mm). For ease, we use (mm).

When choosing a size (e.g. 1.2mm), the number refers to the gauge of the bar. Once you have clicked on a product most items will have a variety of lengths available from a dropdown menu.

If you have a new piercing, we recommend a longer barbell to allow room for potential swelling. Once the piercing has fully healed you could look at choosing a barbell with a shorter length.

Please check the size that you require for your piercing and ensure that you add the size that you need to your cart. This cannot be changed after checkout.
