What are piercing jewelry add-ons?

What’s the difference between piercing balls and dermal tops?

Piercing balls can be screwed onto piercing bars. Dermal tops are intended to be used only on dermal anchors with internally threaded bars. Dermal tops will have a screw attachment, while piercing balls will have a hole, intended to be screwed onto he piercing bar. Make sure you know which one you need before you make your purchase.
