At Glastonbury, there are a number of different camping fields to choose from, each with their own atmosphere! From lively and loud camping spots at the centre of the festival, such as Pennard Hill Ground, to quieter ones at the outskirts, like Limekins, there is a lot of choice. So no matter what you're looking for, you're sure to find something that suits your needs.
There are also two family camping sites: Cockmill Meadow and Wicket Ground. These sites are known to fill up quickly, so make sure you get there early! Additionally, there is also a disabled campsite at Spring Ground, as well as number of disabled facilities which you can read up on here.
If the idea of camping out in a tent doesn't quite suit you, there are also a number of other options! You can also take a caravan or campervan on site with the appropriate ticket or hire one of the Glastonbury tipis! Additionally, there are also hotels if sleeping in the wilderness doesn't appeal to you much!
Other Things Worth Knowing:
- What to pack - To make sure you have everything you might need for a comfy camping experience, we recommend you check out Glastonbury Festival's official packing list here.
- Unofficial campsites - There are also a number of unofficial Glastonbury campsites, which we recommend you be careful about. Glastonbury Festival states that you should use these campsites at your own risk.
- Stewards - Each campsite features its own campsite stewards with their own base. It worth familiarising yourself with the locations of the bases in case of emergency.
- Propety Lock-Ups: There are a number of 24 hour lock-up areas for you to store valuable items you'd rather not leave in your tent.
