Making a Payment

After you have chosen your products and added them to your basket, also adding any free gifts you are entitled to, then you can proceed to the checkout. We have designed a one page checkout so there are no sneaky surprises for you! 

Blue Banana accepts VISA, VISA ELECTRON, V-Pay, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, JCB and PayPal. If you are shopping from across Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

During the checkout process, you will be asked to enter your payment details. By completing your payment details you confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed. Please note that we may collect and store your information, using an encrypted secure payment mechanism and will only use your information in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policy.

All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer. We take payment immediately for all products.

All products ordered will remain the property of Blue Banana until we have delivered the products to the address specified by. If your payment is not received and you have already received the products you ordered from us, you must pay for or return those products to us in accordance with our reasonable return instructions and in the same condition that you received them at your own expense. If you do not do this within 30 days of the date on which we cancel your order, we may collect or arrange for collection of the products at your expense. We reserve the right to charge you for any and all damage to (or other adverse interference with) any products that are the subject of an unpaid order.

Blue Banana does not hold any customer card details. After the order confirmation page you may be redirected to a page hosted by your bank, which will prompt you for a password. If you don't know or have lost your password you will need to contact your bank, as this page is designed to stop fraudulent use of your card online.Payments are made through a secure server hosted by SagePay or PayPal.

When you make a successful order on the Blue Banana website, you will receive confirmation email of your order to the email address you provided. This is to indicate that we have received your order and is a contract between yourself and Blue Banana.

In the case of a product(s) being inadvertently under-priced or out of stock after the purchase of online, Blue Banana will email the customer and inquire if an alternative product(s) of same value can be supplied. The final cost of the order will then be evaluated depending on the value of the alternative product(s) supplied. Blue Banana reserves the right to cancel any order from any customer without customer consent.
