Fans of The Immortals – have we got a competition for you!  Inspired by the ability of lead character Ever, we want you to create an aura-inspired collage using your favourite Blue Banana clothes.  Using the Blue Banana page on the number one online fashion community Polyvore, you can create a collage centred around one of the aura colours, submit it to our competition and be in with the chance of winning some amazing prizes.  If you’ve never used Polyvore before and want to enter our competition, scroll down to the bottom of this page where we’ve got some easy-to-follow instructions.

Entering our The Immortals competition couldn’t be easier, but remember to write what aura colour you are using somewhere on your collage.  And the best thing is, you can enter as many times as you want to! We have one main prize and two runners-up prizes to give away that true The Immortals fans will love:
  • Grand Prize: The full series of The Immortals books (including the forthcoming installment Everlasting) and a £100 Blue Banana online voucher (winner announced 1st August).
  • Runner Up: A copy of Everlasting, a tote bag, a nail wrap and a £50 Blue Banana online voucher (winner announced 1st August).
  • Third Place: A copy of Everlasting, a t shirt, a nail wrap and a £25 Blue Banana online voucher (winner announced 1st August).

If you’re a massive fan of The Immortals but need a reminder on what the aura colours that Ever can see symbolise, they are listed below and can be found on the Polyvore competition page:
  • Red: Energy, strength, anger, sexuality, passion, fear, ego.
  • Orange: Self-control, ambition, courage, thoughtfulness, lack of will, apathetic.
  • Yellow: Optimistic, happy, intellectual, friendly, indecisive, easily led.
  • Green: Peaceful, healing, compassion, deceitful, jealous.
  • Blue: Spiritual, loyal, creative, sensitive, kind, moody.
  • Violet: Highly spiritual, wisdom, intuition.
  • Indigo: Benevolence, highly intuitive, seeker.
  • Pink: Love, sincerity, friendship.
  • Grey: Depression, sadness, exhaustion, low energy, scepticism.
  • Brown: Greed, self-involvement, opinionated.
  • Black: Lacking energy, illness, imminent death.
  • White: Perfect balance.
Remember, your The Immortals collage must represent only one aura colour and you must state what colour you are using in text somewhere on the Polyvore collage.

Blue Banana Terms and Conditions

Entries will be accepted until 11.59pm on Wednesday 27th July and the winners announced on Monday 1st August.  Winners will be selected at random and emailed with details, so keep an eye on your Polyvore inbox.  Good luck and keep those fingers crossed!

  • Competition will close on July 27th.
  • Open to UK participants only.
  • In the unlikely event the prize style has discontinued, a similar model to the same value will be provided.
  • There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
  • The winner will be decided by the editor of the site upon review off all submissions. The prize will be delivered to the winner within 28 days of confirmation of delivery address.

With 6.5 million monthly users, Polyvore allows you to try a trend without having to buy the clothes first. It also allows you to discover new brands and products by browsing through the hottest companies and sharing looks with your friends... and now Blue Banana is there too!

How to Enter

All you’ve got to do to enter our competition is create a cool collage using Blue Banana clothes and accessories. First of all, sign up for a Polyvore account. Then visit our latest competition and submit your collage made up from our alternative fashion and accessories range. You can create as many looks as you want and all of them could be in with a chance of winning.

How to Create a Set/Collage

Before trying to create a set on Polyvore, you’ll need to save the ‘clipper’ tool to your internet favourites. The clipper means you can select any clothing from a website and save it to Polyvore, allowing you to use it in your set. Then use the ‘create’ tab on Polyvore to make your collage, dragging in the clothes available to create the perfect look. Once you’re happy with your set (and remember, you can only use Blue Banana clothes) submit it to our Blue Banana The Immortals competition.

How to Import from Blue Banana

Before trying to import clothes from Blue Banana you’ll need to add the ‘clipper’ tool to your favourites (as mentioned above). When you are on the item of clothing you want, select the clipper tool from your favourites. Then click on the picture you need with the clipper and save it to Polyvore. Once you’ve done this you can use them in any look you want to.
