This foundation is great, it makes your skin feel really soft when you put it on, and gives a very delicate look as well. But it doesn't make you look that 'vampire-ish', in other words, you have to put a lot of it on for it to make much of a difference to your skin tone. I don't know if the power helps improve the pale-ness, but if it does, I suggest you buy it as well as this. :)
