Full warranty rights are limited to the original owner of a new, packaged Skullcandy product purchased from an authorized reseller. We require a proof of purchase to determine this. Items purchased second-hand or used are not covered by the Skullcandy warranty.
Skullcandy will verify the fault and in most cases replace with the same model / colour. Unfortunately they’re unable to repair faulty headphones. You will need to include a cover letter with your return, information that you must include:
Full Name
Return Address
Email Address
Daytime Phone Number
Proof of Purchase [Copy]
2nd Choice of headphone
The returned product should fall into one of these categories:
Aggressive Listening Discount: If your headphones broke because of a crazy crash on the mountain or a violent head-banging session, or any other reason that is not a product defect, we'll still hook you up with 50% off a replacement in our online store.
Defective Product Replacement: The item broke for no good reason. Tell us what happened and we will send you a voucher to replace the defective product with a product of equal value. Manufacturing defects generally appear within the first year of ownership.

"Please request a second choice of headphone, this will ensure we can get new headphones back to you with minimal delay if your original pair is no longer available or out of stock. Current RRP’s are shown on our site – if you’d like to upgrade to a more expensive model just let us know and we’ll contact you with an upgrade price once your headphones have been received. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for faulty items but will of course replace for a new set.”
"We strongly advise that you ship via a ‘recorded’ postal service. Please also write your full return address on the outside of the package. Unfortunately we’re unable to notify you of having received your package, please use your ‘recorded’ delivery or ‘tracking’ ID to confirm delivery.
