Since 1997, Blue Banana has promoted alternative clothing and fashion for everyone. Our locations across England have brought many alternative labels to the forefront and encouraged many to break from the norm. It is always first in our mind to keep providing the best range of stylish clothing around, both on the high street and in our online store, so in light of the latest financial situation in the UK we are required to restructure in order to continue offering a high quality service to our customers. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you who have supported your local Blue Banana throughout the years and confirm that this is not even the beginning of the end of our alternative reign. In light of increasing costs and a variety of other issues, the following stores will be closing as of the 6th of January 2012:

It’s with a lot of sadness that we wave goodbye to these stores but this will allow us to continue offering the best range of alternative clothing and accessories, as well as a host of other products for those of you who love looking unique. Our first priority will always be discovering awesome alternative brands, band merchandise and other apparel, which is exactly what we’ll continue doing with our other high street shops and our online store. We’ll be investing more in our online branch of Blue Banana, so you’ll still be able to get all your favourite alternative clothing with just a few clicks of the mouse and have it delivered anywhere in the UK. Our online presence will also include a variety of exclusive products, deals, offers and competitions that you won’t find anywhere else.
These two venues will be offering great deals in their final week, so make sure you check them out and you’re certain to get a bargain. As the New Year begins, Blue Banana will always be committed to offering the very best to our customers, which these changes will allow us to do. This restructuring will give you better value and more choice in what has become a challenging environment in the UK.
