Kendal Calling Facilities

Stores
At the Kendal Calling festival there is a general store that will provide all the essentials for your camping weekend. As well as selling food and drinks it also serves water, toilet roll (very important) and cigarettes. Inside the festival arena you may also come across little stands or stalls that will sell other essentials. Basically the chances are that if you really need something, you’ll be able to get it.

Toilets
There are toilets both inside the festival site and in the campsites which are all available for men and women. It has been noted that in previous years toilets have not been up to scratch and so festival organisers are working incredibly hard on this in order to improve them. There is known to be an improvement in the amount of toilets available and the level and frequency of cleaning.

Showers
In recent years the Kendal Calling festival has gladly welcomed the installation of showers, this means that showers will be available in the campsite for weekend camping ticket holders to use. There will be a small fee for the use of these particular facilities, but it will be reasonable and we’re sure you’ll all agree.

Food and Drink
There are lots of food stalls and bars located around the festival site making it incredibly easy for you to pick up a snack on the go. Your health is important to us and so we suggest that you do take a minute or two to slow down and grab a bite to eat. There will also be water points at frequent locations throughout the entire site, allowing you to fill up your water bottles for free.

ATM’s
There are cash machines on site and so you will be able to use your card to get some extra cash. There is likely to be long queues for those and so it is wiser to bring money with you. We also urge you to take care of your card and your money, as we’d hate for something to go wrong. Don’t flash your cash if you want to keep it!
