Never shopped in a Blue Banana high street store? You’ve been seriously missing out! It’s a unique shopping experience so you really need to get yourself down to your closest shop. The stores carry similar stock to our website but with the advantage of trying things on you’d be a fool not to check out your local BB. Playing the best rock and alternative music, with staff that are friendly and helpful why not come in and say hello?

For most people ordering online goes smoothly, but for those occasions where you’d like to check or your computer is having issues we’re here to help. If you come across a problem get in touch and we’ll do our best to straighten things out. You can contact us by e-mail, phone or our feedback form.

We know that delivering what you have ordered is the most important thing to get right. Most of our delivery options generate a tracking number, provided with your dispatch confirmation email, which can track your order with DPD (after 4pm on the day of dispatch) or Royal Mail on their websites.

You can email us, day or night, with detailed information about your enquiry. Customer Services is open Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm) to help you out. Just email info@bluebanana.com and we’ll look into it and get back to you.
