DC Shoes

The American company DC shoes have been running their business since 1993 and have never failed to expand their clothing range and build a global known reputation for themselves with a collection of intelligently manufactured footwear and apparel. When Ken Block and Damon Way began their extreme sports footwear line they didn’t quite know how successful their DC skate shoes would become. Since DC shoes first hit our stores 18 years ago it was immediately recognised for its high quality footwear that was predominantly aimed at people who spend their time doing actions sports, once they expanded their range they brought in new products such as:

Creating a world-known name for themselves, DC shoes were acquired by Quicksilver in 2004 with an $87 million transaction and are now one of the most renowned action sport brands in the world. Bringing in new customers and selling skate shoes for all daily activities, DC now have ranges for men, women and children across the globe; with new apparel coming in and alternative designs being manufactured, there is no doubting that they will have even more diversity in their collection. Their main idea is to create DC shoes for extreme sports such as snowboarding, BMX riding and skateboarding, so you can imagine how intelligent their footwear would be; each shoe is constructed to provide support, comfort, practicality and style.

When DC shoes increased their popularity they began to sponsor skateboarders, snowboarders and BMX riders all around the globe, which brought them even more recognition throughout the sporting world. In 2010 they launched their new range ‘DC Life` which was a collection of fashion, music and art inspired footwear, they held a launch party and attracted even more publicity for their DC skate shoes. Providing DC shoes for nearly two decades now, the company have never failed to deliver excellent quality in their footwear and ensure that every last pair has been manufactured to give the best comfort and support in shoes.
