All of The Blackout merch that they have designed, including The Blackout posters, gives them the opportunity to show off their style and show up all other alternative bands on the market today. Having performed on the same stage as some of today’s popular bands, they have had the chance to experience other bands styles helping them to find their own. In the first few years after their formation they performed on the same stage as the likes of; Funeral for a Friend, The Automatic, Fightstar, Lostprophets and Kids in Glass Houses. As the years went on, they started performing alongside many more high profile bands including Rise Against, Paramore, My Chemical Romance and Limp Bizkit. With their song writing and producing going so well, The Blackout merch popularity went through the roof attracting all of their newly acquired fans to their designs. The Blackout have been nominated for a number of Kerrang! awards including Best British Band, Best Video for their song Higher and Higher, Best Album for their latest album Hope and British Newcomer Award. They won the Kerrang! Magazines Best Unsigned Band, that award helped gain them many new fans which has helped considerably in the sales of their merchandise. They have collaborated with a number of artists including providing backing vocals for You Me At Six and releasing the song Higher & Higher with the Texan Rock Rapper Hyro Da Hero. With The Blackout merch doing so well, the band have managed to put a lot of effort into the song writing and production of their songs, which shows in their latest album Hope.
Out of all of The Blackout merch, the ‘This is the Day of the Dead’ t shirt is possibly their most successful as it helps to promote one of their more popular songs from the album The Best in Town. The lyrics featured on this top come from the song We’re Going to Hell… So Bring the Sunblock, which helps to show off the bands talent when it comes to song writing. One of their most successful singles to date is ‘Children of the Night’ as its impressive composition gives every music lover the ultimate listening experience. With an impressive range like The Blackout merch collection, there is no surprise that this band is successful as they are.
