My Chemical Romance Merchandise
The My Chemical Romance merchandise has been selling since not long after the alternative rock band began and it is easily recognised for its emo style. Forming in 2001, My Chemical Romance started off with only Gerard Way & Matt Pelissier with no record label soon after the 9/11 attacks but they swiftly moved up in the music industry and signed with Eyeball Records and released their first album ‘I Bought You My Bullets, You Bought Me Your Love’. Rapidly the band became extremely popular and their fan base grew enormously, which is when My Chemical Romance merchandise started to become available for all of the punk, emo, glam metal and progressive rock fans, bringing them all forms of band merchandise such as:
-
T shirts
-
Bags
-
Hats
-
Badges & Stickers
-

Helping to bring new ideas to My Chemical Romance merchandise, after the debut of their second album ‘Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge’ in 2004 the band won a platinum status award, widening their audience and giving them more forms of band merchandise. Winning their first award in 2005, My Chemical Romance hit the top and started co-headlining tours with other inspirational bands like Green Day, building their reputation and delivering their alternative rock music all over the world. Since Gerard Way formed the band, new ways of producing My Chemical Romance merchandise have occurred and they have been selling them in a long line of different shops, in a wide range of countries and at all of their concerts.
The My Chemical Romance merchandise hit its top selling point in 2007 when the band finally told the nation the name and release date of their ‘Welcome to the Black Parade’ album at a one off show in Hammersmith Palais that sold out within fifteen minutes. They brought in new band merchandise and sold it alongside the popular new album that took a year to create; selling extremely fast, this album is the highest selling record for My Chemical Romance and it won them their first Grammy award in 2008. Influenced by the sad occurrences in 2001, Gerard Way introduced Ray Toro as lead guitarist, Mikey Way as bass guitarist and Frank Lero as rhythm guitarist to the band and did their first recording in Pelissier’s attic; now they are selling My Chemical Romance merchandise all over the world and performing to audiences of thousands of people.
