It’s hard to say why this renaissance has occurred or what the appeal is but we can be sure that everyone is loving it! One of the appeals of vintage t shirts is that they allow one to express themselves, whether it’s through a TV show, band or a simple slogan. While retro tees have been a hit with the masses, some remain sceptical but to us there is no reason why! Vintage doesn’t mean used, dirty and bought in a charity shop; it’s all about celebrating the great and the good of years gone by. The initial trend can probably be traced back to the emergence of superhero t shirts, with Superman and Batman being ever-popular choices. With new designs, patterns and styles coming out all the time, you’ll be able to dress to impress in your vintage clothing. Celebrities such as Avril Lavigne, Hugh Jackman, Kristen Stewart and Matthew McConaughey have all been seen in cool tees, and these are some of the coolest people on the planet.
