Do you have the emo, goth, punk look? Are you into the alternative scene? Do you like pulling funny faces and acting spontanous infront of the camera? If so, why not give modelling a go. It doesn't matter if you have tattoo's or piercing's. Infact, the more you have the better!

Terms and conditions of entry:

  1. First of all, if you are interested in becoming a Blue Banana model, you have to be a least 18 YEARS OF AGE
  2. All photo shoots take place in Plymouth (Devon) and occasionally in Liskeard (Cornwall). We are sorry, but we will only accept applications from people who live in these areas. This is because models may be needed at short notice
  3. Blue Banana do not pay for travel costs for models to get to a photo shoot
  4. Please take your model application seriously. We will only accept model applications from people who supply us with proper fashion shots
  5. Please do not supply us with general photos that you would consider 'Myspace', Bebo or 'Facebook'. Blue Banana need a to see you modeling and not holding a camera at a strange angle
  6. Please do not supply us with photos of yourself taken at a party or with mate on a drunken night out. Blue Banana need a to see yourself modeling and not dancing or stood by a bar with a pint.
  7. If you do not have any shots of yourself modeling, go out with your friends one weekend, have some fun and take some fashion shots of yourself. e.g. Stand against a graffiti wall and ask your mate to take a few pictures of you looking cool. Preferably in clothes you bought from our shop

The most important thing you can send us are photos, and lots of them. After all, we do actually need to see what you look like and how crazy you are! For your modal application to be successful we will need at least one picture of your face straight on and not from a strange angle. This is so we can see your face properly. We also need at least one full length body shot from head to toe. Also send a couple of photographs of yourself modelling clothes bought from our shop in a variety of poses. This will give us a good idea of what your modelling strong points are.

Please make all pictures as clear as possible. All images should be sent in .jpg format. Please do not edit the images. So, if you reckon you have what it takes to be Blue Banana's next top model, please send us the completed form above and a whole load of photo's to photography@bluebanana.com and we will let you know if your application was successful.
