Blood on the Dance Floor Merchandise

The Blood on the Dance Floor merchandise is a range of iconic tees, hoodies, posters and more that are dedicated to this band’s unique style. They have tried very hard throughout their career to create a loyal fan base and they have done this with the help of their band merch. BOTDF began in 2007 when Dahvie Vanity (David Jesus Torres) started a joke band named ‘Love The Fashion. This soon turned into the Blood on the Dance Floor band and they began recording their first album ‘Let’s Start A Riot’. The sales of this album weren’t incredible, but this is because the band didn’t spend any time promoting it. Instead they began recording their second album ‘It’s Hard To Be A Diamond In A Rhinestone World’. These two albums were created by Vanity and his members Christopher Mongillio and Rebecca Fugate, however, shortly after this they both left the band and Vanity began to tour Florida on his own, producing Blood on the Dance Floor merchandise for his fans.

Whilst on tour the Blood on the Dance Floor merchandise didn’t sell amazingly but Vanity was able to meet Garret Ecstasy, who then joined the band to create a duo. Together they released three extended plays; these were ‘I Scream I Scream’, ‘OMFG Sneak Peak’ and ‘Extended Play’. This led to them touring around the US together selling more band merch until September that year when Garret was kicked out of the band because of stealing. After Ecstasy left the band, Vanity met Jeremy Griffis and went on the Crunk Kids tour. Not long after that Jeffree Star also joined the band. They then started their 2 Drunk 2 F*** tour and their Lookin’ Hot & Dangerous tour. This, as you can imagine was great for Blood on the Dance Floor merchandise, however the band did become hostile towards each other during these gigs.

After the tour, Blood on the Dance Floor merchandise became more popular and the band sorted out their problems. They went on to release another album ‘Epic’ in 2010, which came 5th on the Dance and Electronic Billboard chart. Two music videos came from this album as well as two tours. This led to mainstream success that really got this band recognised and their band merch bought. Becoming more popular on the music scene, Blood on the Dance Floor started working on their fourth album, which they collaborated with various artists. This has definitely led to more Blood on the Dance Floor merchandise sales. Some of the artists they collaborated with included:
  • Nick Nasty
  • James Egbert
  • Lady Nogrady
  • KatiKaine
The success of Blood on the Dance Floor merchandise is now better than ever with more releases from them and plenty of tours. The popularity of this band is certainly growing and with the amount they have done in the last five years, there is no wonder why. They have contributed a lot of band merch to their fans and live performances, which is why we know there is a lot more Blood on the Dance Floor merchandise to come.
